The final day of the Cheltenham November meeting is very much the highlight on Sunday, with the Greatwood handicap hurdle at 2.55pm likely to attract the bulk of the betting interest. There are a couple of cracking Grade 2’s on a compelling card, with some exciting novice hurdlers putting down a Supreme Novice marker at 3.30pm and the Schloer Chase at 1.45pm sure to attract a small but select field from the top yards. The supporting NH cards comes from Fontwell and Navan, and competitive fields seem certain at both now that the ground conditions have eased.

Cheltenham 1:45 (UK time)
Alan King’s top class chaser was not at his best when only second on his final run last season, but he is sure to be freshened up and primed to make a winning return at Cheltenham on Sunday. He is a sound jumper who travels strongly and finds for pressure, and has already shown in winning 5 of his 8 starts over fences that he is well suited to the demands of this uniquely undulating track.
Odds: NA
Fantastikas
Cheltenham 2:20 (UK time)
Nigel Twiston-Davies useful stayer ran a career best effort when seventh in the Ultima at the Festival here in March, and can easily be forgiven his final run of a long season when pulled up in the Scottish National. He should relish this 3m3f trip on decent ground, and a positive ride from the excellent Sam Twiston-Davies should make him very hard to pass up the stamina-sapping hill..
Odds: NA
