An action packed day of racing on ITV on Saturday, with 8 televised races and the best of the action covered from Ascot, Haydock and Kempton.

The Group 1 Super Sprint at 3.35pm is very much the highlight in terms of quality, with some top class six furlong performers in the line up, while the big betting race is likely to be the Old Borough Cup at 3.00pm (over the stamina sapping 1m6f trip on rapidly quickening ground).

David Simcock’s classy 4-y-o posted a cracking effort from the front at Royal Ascot in June in the Queen Anne, and shaped as though still in top form under more patient tactics at Deauville last time out. This valuable Group 3 prize represents a drop in class, and an attacking ride against the far rail from Jamie Spencer should make him very hard to pass up the long Haydock straight.

2:10	Kemnpton	Two Tempting	Jonathan Portman does really well every season with a relatively small team of horses, and his consistent handicapper shaped as though in top form over this course and distance last time out at the end of August (doing too much too soon and fading out of the frame inside the final furlong).
2:25	Haydock	Blindedbythelights	Sir Mark Prescott’s stayer has thrived as his stamina has been drawn out over the last few months, and an attacking ride from Luke Morris could soon have a few of these rivals out of their comfort zone on rapidly quickening ground.
2:35	Ascot	Hickory	James Fanshawe’s smart sort posted a cracking effort over this course and distance in July when finishing second in a huge field, and he has optimum conditions to return to winning form here. 3:10	Ascot	Dancing In Paris	Ian Williams consistent handicapper has been knocking loudly on the door in recent months in warm company, and should get the strong pace he needs to be produced late in this valuable middle distance prize.
3:35	Haydock	Shaquille	Judie Camacho’s rapidly progressive performer has been a revelation in the sprinting division this summer, tanking through his races and moving up into Group company from handicaps with ease. He will relish the quickening ground conditions at this flat track, and is strongly fancied to complete a five-timer under James Doyle.
