There are five meetings in Britain and Ireland on Friday, with competitive jumps action from Doncaster and Newbury certain to attract the vast majority of the betting activity. The drying ground has significantly reduced field sizes, although watering should mitigate the worst of the exceptionally dry spell of weather. For AW fans there is action from Dundalk, Lingfield and Newcastle , with the lights coming on at 5.15pn at the latter venue.

He unseated his rider early on his hurdling debut at Plumpton, but showed a lot more in a muddling small field here last time out, and perhaps a switch to front-running by Tom Cannon could see him dominate these rivals on the quickening ground.
