There are five meetings in Britain and Ireland on Friday, with NH fans in for a busy afternoon. They have Doncaster, Kelso, Leopardstown and Limerick to get stuck into on eased decent ground, with some decent graded action to solve at the top Irish venue in particular alongside a few potential star novices from the top Elliott and Mullins yards. AW fans have low grade action under the lights to study, with Southwell getting underway at 4.30pm.

Dan Skelton’s chaser has been running really well in defeat in strong handicaps since the Autumn, and a lot better can be expected at Doncaster on Friday now tackling mares only in this valuable listed prize. She showed a useful level of ability to win twice over fences last season, and a strongly run race over 2m4f is on the cards here to set things up ideally for Harry Skelton to pounce late (with the yard back firing in the winners).
