There is NH action from Kilbeggan and Market Rasen, with their summer seasons getting off to a low key start on decent ground.

Chester 3:45 (UK time)
Hugo Palmer’s 3-y-o has shaped well in the frane on the all-weather on all three career starts to date, and the step up in trip to 1m4f should unlock plenty of improvement now switched to the turf at Chester on Friday. He is very much a galloper rather than a quickener, so a positive ride will be needed round these sharp turns, but the first time booking of Harry Davies increases confidence and this looks a relatively weak maiden for the track.
Odds: NA

Chester 2:05 (UK time)
Hughie Morrison has his team in excellent form, and his unexposed 4-y-o starts off this season from a very attractive handicap mark. He has won 1 from 6 so far in his career, posting an excellent effort in a strong Goodwood handicap last July, and is likely to get an attacking ride from Jason Hart (as he drops back in trip to 1m2f for his reappearance).
Odds: NA
